For the men from Galway, they make history today as this afternoon is the first time in the almost century and a half of existence that Tynagh Abbey Duniry take to the field at Croke Park.
In Watergrasshill, they take on a side that has risen from the ashes. Before the 2024 season, they hadn't won a group game in the Cork Championship since 2020, and while they picked up numerous draws in that time, they could never quite get over the line. They did last year however and haven't looked back since.
